NanoPRO - Multifunctional Lubricant

n  Technical Introduction

    NanoPRO is a multifunctional lubricant featuring multiple chain segments with robust adsorption groups. Through multipoint adsorption, it efficiently coats the surface of the drill string and well wall, transforming barrier friction into sliding friction between lubricating film layers. This effectively reduces friction torque. Compared to conventional lubricants, NanoPRO can form a denser hydrophobic film with superior lubrication performance at the same concentration. Additionally, NanoPRO alters the wettability of drilling tools and metal surfaces, creating a protective oil film that reduces clay adsorption on the drill bit. This helps prevent complications such as mud packaging and drill bit sticking.

n  Packaging and storage

（1）Galvanized barrel or plastic barrel packaging, according to the user's requirements, 200L and 25L;

（2）The package shall contain the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content and product batch number;

（3）It should be stored in a ventilated, cool and dry warehouse to avoid sunshine and rain;

（4）The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
