Product Description

     TransFLO provides a thin, pliable, easily removed filter cake, which is a non-ionic material especially suited for fluids containing salts or ion-sensitive additives, designed and utilized for solid free drill-in fluid.

Applications /Functions

•   Provides a thin and easily removed filtercake, exhibits minimal fluid invasion.

•   Can be degraded, environment friendly, avoid reservoir damage.

•   High acid solubility, good filtercake removal achieve excellent return permeability.

•   Can be utilized in water based solid free system.

•   Thermal stability is up to 150 ℃.

Toxicity & Handling

     •   Bioassay information is available upon request.

     •   Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in the safety datasheet.

     •   It is recommended not to sieve in the initial circulation during on-site slurry preparation to avoid the phenomenon of polymer particles blocking the sieve due to insufficient circulation.

Recommended Treatment

•   For normal applications, add 2.0-4.0%.

     •  It is advised the the fresh mud bypass the shakers until fully sheared by circles.

     •  Directly treatment into active will be avoided, addition into the premix and dilution in the active will be better.

Packaging

     •  TransFLO is packaged in 50-lb or 55-lb (22.7-kg or 25-kg), multi-wall, paper sacks.

     •  Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Store away from incompatibles.

     •  Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
