ENSEAL Sealant for Silicate-based Drilling Fluid

ENSEAL Sealant for Silicate-based Drilling Fluid

ENSEAL  Sealant for Silicate-based Drilling Fluid

Product Description

ENSEAL is an anionic modified polymer, can effectively bridge micro-fractures, prevent caving, inhibit shale hydration. ENSEAL is of a nano-scale deformable plugging agent, can be dispersed evenly and added into fresh water and brine for mixing water-based drilling fluids without intentional shearing, plug/deform to bridge micro-fractures and pore throats, release hydrostatic pressure transmission, reduce fluid invasion, and improve wellbore stability. In depleted formations and sandstone formations application, it can effectively reduce the risk of mud loss and differential stuck.

Applications /Functions

   Low percentage treatment.

   Environment friendly, non-toxic and biodegradable

Can be used all the water based mud extensively

Toxicity & Handling

     • Bioassay information is available upon request.

     • Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in the safety datasheet.
