Product Description

    VISPLUS polymer emulsification strong encapsulating agent is a macromolecular polymer encapsulation polymerized by liquid method, which mainly inhibiting the dispersion of cuttings and increasing the viscosity of drilling fluid. Its encapsulating inhibition ability is strong, so it has a strong capacity to resist drilling cuttings and solids invasion, benefit drilling efficiengcy.

Applications /Functions

    • Good low temperature rheology, no risk of vomiting on the shakers.

    • Lower sub-micro meter solid content, facilitate drilling efficiency and protect reservoir.

    • Good compatibility with other products, can be utilized in fresh water and saturated brine based water based mud.

    • Good compatibility with other fluid system.

    • Thermal Stability is up to 150^oC.

    • Can be utilized in all WBM system.

    • Bioassay information is available upon request.

    • Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in the safety datasheet.

•   AV (mPa.s):                           ≥15.0

•   API FL (ml):                           ≤12.0

     Note: Fresh water-based mud with addition of 0.8% product.

•   AV (mPa.s):                           ≥12.0

•   API FL (ml):                           ≤15.0

     Note: Fresh water-based mud with addition of 1.6% product.

Recommended Treatment

    • For normal applications, add 0.8-3.0%.

    • Closely observation on the cuttings from the shakes, sticking and aggregating indicate insufficient treatment.

Packaging

    • VISPLUS is packed in 55-gal (208-l) drums and in bulk.

    • Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Store away from incompatibles.

    • Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
