UHIB Poly-amine Based Inhibitor

Product Description

UHIB is a synthetic polyamine inhibitor. In water, UHIB dissociates into cationic compounds that can adsorb with negatively charged clay particles, which can inhibit the hydration expansion and dispersion of clay.

Applications /Functions

•   Prevent drilling string and tools corrosion.

•   Buffer and neutralize acid substance, maintain the properties.

•   Good and sustainable inhibition, prevent caving and sloughing.

•   Good compatibility with other fluid system.

•   Thermal Stability is up to 170^oC.

•   Can be utilized in WBM, water-based completion fluid and gravel packing fluid

Recommended Treatment

   • For normal applications, add 2.0-3.0%.

    • For higher ROP and depletion, the addition can be adjust to 4.0-5.0%.

    • Closely observation on the cuttings from the shakes, sticking and aggregating indicate insufficient treatment.

Packaging

   • UHIB is packed in 55-gal (208-l) drums and in bulk

    • Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Store away from incompatibles.

    • Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
