n  Product Description

    QuiSEAL differential pressure activated sealant is a special fluid composed of carrier fluid, short chain polymer, monomer and polymerization initiator, in which the hydrated short chain polymer is an important active unit, and the solid is formed by crosslinking of monomer and polymer in the sealant system under the action of polymeric active substance. The sealing fluid is a special lotion, and the dispersed phase is a kind of particles with an active core. The inert shell of the active core breaks under the external action, reacts and stacks in the micro leakage hole gap of the string, and implements in-situ sealing to achieve the purpose of rapid repair of integrity.

    ( 1 ) Ensures good stability, facilitating long-term shaft filling without settlement.

    ( 2 ) Prevents mass solidification, mitigating wellbore safety concerns.

    ( 3 ) Allows repair by filling the well section with the leakage point without pinpointing its exact location.

    ( 4 ) Eliminates the need for drilling plugs, simplifying wellbore cleaning and preventing corrosion.

    ( 5 ) Exhibits resistance to acid and alkali corrosion post-plugging, with a compressive strength reaching 20MPa.

    Applicable temperature: up to 150 ℃

    Applicable types: casing thread leakage, micro-crack leakage of downhole tools

n  Precautions

    After the pumping is completed, the narrow mouth of each tool and pipeline shall be cleaned in time to avoid plugging and damage to tools.

    Bioassay information can be provided upon request.

    The operation should comply with good industrial hygiene and safety practices, and avoid direct inhalation, skin and eye contact.

n  Packaging and Storage

    It can be packaged in ton barrels, or divided into 50L and 200L according to user requirements;

    The packaging shall have the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content and product batch number;

    Those should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry warehouses to avoid sun and rain;

    The shelf life is 12 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
