n Product Description
The Micropro casing microporous pressure plugging slurry system comprises dispersible, adjustable particle size, and curable gel materials, along with components featuring varying particle size gradations. Under pressure, this solution infiltrates the leakage channel, constructing bridges within it to effectively seal off leaks.
n Product Features
( 1 ) Exhibits excellent stability, ensuring long-term filling without settling.
( 2 ) Avoids mass solidification, mitigating potential wellbore safety issues.
( 3 ) Capable of repairing leakage without pinpointing the exact location, simplifying the process.
( 4 ) Eliminates the need for drilling plugs, simplifying wellbore cleaning and preventing corrosion.
( 5 ) Offers resistance to acid and alkali corrosion post-plugging, with a compressive strength of up to 115MPa.

Applicable temperature: up to 150 ℃
Applicable types: casing thread leakage, micro-crack leakage of downhole tools
n Precautions
After the pumping is completed, all containers and pumping tools should be cleaned in time to avoid the difficulty of cleaning after the tool wall is bonded with gel.
The squeeze pressure is high during construction, and the high-pressure risk analysis and prevention should be done well on site

The operation should comply with good industrial hygiene and safety practices, and avoid direct inhalation, skin and eye contact.

n Packaging and Storage
It can be packaged in ton barrels, or divided into 50L and 200L according to user requirements;
The packaging shall have the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content and product batch number;
Those should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry warehouses to avoid sun and rain;
The shelf life is 12 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
