GUARD Inducer

n  Product Description

    GUARD inducer is a large particle plugging agent designed for drilling applications. Its primary purpose is to establish a bridge at the leakage joint, facilitate rapid filtration of plugging slurry, and create a solid barrier within the leakage joint.

n  Product Features

    ( 1 ) Irregular shape with a certain roughness, aiding in retention within the leakage area.

    ( 2 ) Available in various particle size specifications ranging from 2-12mm (approximately 0.47 inches), suitable for different leakage scenarios.

    ( 3 ) Comprised of high-strength and ductile materials capable of supporting cracks to prevent closure, while also deforming to prevent door sealing.

    ( 4 ) Temperature resistance of up to 200 ℃.

    ( 5 ) Material bearing capacity exceeds 7MPa.

n  Application

    Applicable temperature: up to 150 ℃

    Applicable system: various oil-based and water-based drilling fluids

    Recommended dosage: 0.5~3.0%

n  Precautions

    The inducer shall be added according to the plugging situation of the plugging slurry. The fine particle inducer shall be added to the lower plugging plug, and the dosage and particle size of the upper plugging plug inducer shall be increased step by step.

n  Toxicity and Treatment

    Bioassay information can be provided upon request.

    The operation should comply with good industrial hygiene and safety practices, avoid direct inhalation, and do an excellent job of dust protection.

n  Packaging and Storage

    Kraft paper bag packaging, according to user demand, 25Kg;

    The packaging shall have the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content and product batch number;

    Those should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry warehouses to avoid sun and rain;

    The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
