n  Product Description

    BlockFORM-O and BlockFORM-W are designed for application in oil-based drilling fluids and water-based drilling fluids, respectively. They consist of a blend of particles and fibers, boasting high solid content, strength, and filtration loss properties.

n  Product Features

    ( 1 ) Comprised of various inert materials below 3mm (approximately 0.12 inches) in size.

    ( 2 ) Exhibits excellent high-pressure elasticity, effectively sealing cracks, enhancing pressure-bearing capacity, and preventing backflow.

    ( 3 ) Temperature resistance up to 220°C, with a pressure-bearing capacity exceeding 7MPa.

    ( 4 ) Packaged as a one-bag material for convenient on-site feeding.

    Applicable temperature: up to 220 ℃

    Applicable system: various oil-based and water-based drilling fluids

    Recommended dosage: 10-20%

n  Precautions

    The slurry shall be added slowly during mixing. Observe the dispersion of plugging agent during mixing, and pump it into the well after evenly dispersing.

n  Toxicity and Treatment

    Bioassay information can be provided upon request.

    The operation should comply with good industrial hygiene and safety practices, avoid direct inhalation, and do an excellent job of dust protection.

n  Packaging and Storage

    Kraft paper bag packaging, according to user demand, 10Kg;

    The packaging shall have the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content and product batch number;

    Those should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry warehouses to avoid sun and rain;

    The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
