n Product Description
BlockVIS suspension agent serves the purpose of "filtration control and plugging." This technology involves the transformation of the plugging slurry from axial flow to radial flow upon entering the lost hole section under pressure differences induced by the drilling fluid column pressure and formation pressure. Within a set time, the slurry loses a significant amount of water, causing the solid components to deposit and thicken due to gravity, thus forming a filter cake. Subsequently, the filter cake is compacted to fill the lost hole, creating a slug that reduces leakage. Additionally, the drilling fluid forms a smooth and flat mud cake on the plug surface, further sealing the lost circulation channel.
n Product Features
( 1 ) Available in both water-based (BlockVis-O) and oil-based (BlockVis-W) variants.
( 2 ) Exhibits excellent suspension stability, preventing settling of plugging particles for up to 6 hours.
( 3 ) Allows for controlled filtration and plugging, with the total liquid phase filtration time controllable within the range of 5 to 30 minutes.

Applicable temperature: up to 150 ℃
Applicable system: various oil-based and water-based drilling fluids
Recommended dosage: 0.5~6.0%
n Precautions
The slurry shall be added slowly during mixing. Observe the dispersion of plugging agent during mixing, and pump it into the well after evenly dispersing.
n Toxicity and Treatment
Bioassay information can be provided upon request.
The operation should comply with good industrial hygiene and safety practices, avoid direct inhalation, and do an excellent job of dust protection.

n Packaging and Storage
Kraft paper bag packaging, according to user demand, 25Kg;
The packaging shall have the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content and product batch number;
Those should be stored in ventilated, cool and dry warehouses to avoid sun and rain;
The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
