CemFLEX Ductile Anti-Channeling Cement Slurry

n  Technical Introduction

    Developed for oil-based drilling fluid cementing, this technology comprises two components: a preflush and a ductile anti-channeling cement slurry. The preflush, a high-efficiency blend of emulsifier, wetting agent, penetrant, and dilution solvent, cleans the wall surface, alters interface wettability, and ensures a clean environment for cement sheath adhesion. The cement slurry, containing polymer fluid loss reducer, toughening agent, anti-channeling agent, and reinforcing agent, provides a durable cement sheath resistant to high-frequency alternating fracturing.

n  Main Components of CemFLEX

    ( 1 ) Fluid loss additive (FLO), recommended dosage: solid type 1 ~ 2 %; liquid type: 3 ~ 8 %;

    ( 2 ) Retarder (RET), added as needed;

    ( 3 ) Toughening agent (LATEX & fiber), recommended dosage: solid type 2 ~ 4 %; liquid type: 5 ~ 8 %;

    ( 4 ) Dispersant (DISP), recommended dosage: solid type 0.5 ~ 3 %; liquid type: 0.2 ~ 1.5 %;

    ( 5 ) Defoaming agent (DESL), recommended dosage: liquid type: 0.2 ~ 0.5 %;

    ( 6 ) Enhancer (STR), recommended dosage: solid type 1 ~ 4 %;

    ( 7 ) Cleaning agent (VERSLEAR), recommended dosage: 15 ~ 35 %.
