n  Technical Introduction

    Developed specifically for gas well cementing operations, FloSTOP is an anti-gas channeling cement slurry system. Comprising polymer fluid loss reducer, latex anti-gas channeling agent, nano-silicon reinforcing agent, dispersant, retarder, and other components, this system aims to address gas channeling issues during cementing. The design leverages the characteristics of latex particles for filling, film-forming, and coating to enhance cement slurry's gas invasion resistance. Additionally, the inclusion of nano-silicon reinforcing agent compensates for any reduction in cement stone strength caused by latex, ensuring optimal compressive strength. Suitable for temperatures ranging from 30 to 230 ℃, when paired with a dual-effect pre-fluid system, FloSTOP guarantees high-quality cementing.

n  Main Components of FloSTOP

    ( 1 ) Polymer fluid loss agent (HF-A), recommended dosage: solid type 1.2-2.5%; Liquid type: 6-10%;

    ( 2 ) Nano silicon reinforcing agent (NS-R), recommended dosage: liquid type: 1-6%;

    ( 3 ) Polymer retarder (PR-2), added as needed;

    ( 4 ) Formaldehyde acetone or polyacrylate dispersant (FA-P), recommended dosage: solid type 0.5-1.5%; Liquid type: 0.2-3%;

    ( 5 ) Latex anti gas channeling agent (LAC-2), recommended dosage: liquid type: 5-20%.

    Primarily employed for cementing operations in natural gas and shale gas wells across PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC, along with certain gas storage well cementing projects. With over 1000 successful on-site applications, FloSTOP has demonstrated its effectiveness and reliability in the field.
