CemBOND salt-gypsum layer cementing slurry
CemBOND salt-gypsum layer cementing slurry
n Technical Introduction
Aiming at the cementing operation of salt-gypsum layer, a cementing slurry system with strong salt resistance and high interface cementation strength was developed. The cement slurry system is composed of salt-resistant polymer fluid loss agent, reinforcing agent, dispersant and cementing agent. The system is suitable for semi-saturated brine or saturated brine slurry, with special particle size weighting agent material, can meet the temperature of 30 ~ 200 ℃, density of 1.90 ~ 2.70 g/cm3 under the condition of cementing operation.
n Technical Features
( 1 ) Suitable for salt-gypsum layer, thick salt-gypsum layer cementing;
( 2 ) It can form good cementation with rock salt layer, which is helpful to improve cementing quality;
( 3 ) The cement slurry has good rheology, high compressive strength and high interfacial bonding strength;
( 4 ) Cement slurry temperature resistance≥200 ℃.
n Main Components of CemBOND
( 1 ) Salt-resistant polymer fluid loss additive (SP-L), recommended dosage: solid type 1.2 ~ 2.5 %; liquid type: 4 ~ 8 %;
( 2 ) Hematite weighting agent (HT-M), recommended dosage: solid type: 0 ~ 300 %;
( 3 ) Polymer retarder (PRC), added as needed;
( 4 ) Inorganic reinforcing agent (NR-1), solid type: 1 ~ 10 %;
( 5 ) Aldehyde ketone polycondensation polymer dispersant (AK-P), recommended dosage: solid type 0.5 ~ 3 %; liquid type: 0.2 ~ 1.5 %;
( 6 ) Polymer binder (DEP-1), recommended dosage: liquid type: 3 ~ 10 %;
( 7 ) Modified silicone defoamer (MS-2); recommended dosage: liquid type: 0.5 ~ 1 %.
