LiDENS Low Density High Strength Cement Slurry Technology
LiDENS Low Density High Strength Cement Slurry Technology
n Technical Introduction
Developed for cementing operations in low-pressure formations, LiDENS offers a low-density, high-strength cement slurry system with adjustable density ranging from 1.10 to 1.50 g/cm3 using particle close packing technology. Comprising polymer fluid loss agent, low-density graded mixed material, lightening agent, reinforcing agent, dispersant, and other components, this system ensures compressive strength of cement stone cured for 24 hours ≥ 3.5MPa, making it ideal for cementing in special low-temperature, low-pressure, and high-risk leakage sections.
n Technical Features
( 1 ) Suitable for ultra-low temperature environments (as low as 3°C) during cementing operations;
( 2 ) Capable of achieving ultra-low density (as low as 1.10 g/cm3) for cementing.
( 3 ) Provides high early strength and stable performance for cement stone.
n Main Components of LiDENS
( 1 ) Polymer fluid loss additive (FLO-2), recommended dosage: solid type 0.7 ~ 2 %; liquid type: 3 ~ 8 %;
( 2 ) Low-density graded mixed material (LHT-5), recommended dosage: solid type 30 ~ 200 %;
( 3 ) Organic coagulant (ACC-6), recommended dosage: solid type 2 ~ 4 % ; liquid type : 6 ~ 8 % ;
( 4 ) Polymer dispersant ( CF49L ), recommended dosage : solid type 0.5 ~ 3 % ; liquid type : 0.2 ~ 1.5 %;
( 5 ) Modified silicone defoamer ( DESL ), recommended dosage : liquid type : 0.2 ~ 0.5 % ;
( 6 ) Silicon reinforcing agent ( PF-2 ), recommended dosage : solid type 6 ~ 10 %;
( 7 ) Microbead lightening agent ( DWR-600 ), recommended dosage : solid type 40 ~ 100 %.
