HiTEMP High Temperature and High Density Cementing Slurry

n  Technical Introduction

    HiTEMP high-temperature and high-density cementing slurry is designed for cementing operations in low-pressure formations. Developed using particle close-packing technology, this system allows for arbitrary adjustment of density within the range of 1.10 to 1.50 g/cm3. Comprised of polymer fluid loss agents, low-density graded mixed materials, lightening agents, reinforcing agents, dispersants, and other components, it ensures a minimum operating temperature of 3°C and maintains a compressive strength of cement stone cured for 24 hours at ≥ 3.5MPa. Ideal for low-temperature, low-pressure, and easily leaky sections, it exhibits exceptional performance.

n  Technical Features

( 1 ) Meet the requirements of deep well and ultra-deep well cementing operation ;

( 2 ) Temperature resistance up to 240 °C;

( 3 ) The highest density can reach 2.70 g/cm3;

( 4 ) Particle assembly technology, the cement slurry has good rheology and high strength.

n  Main Components of HiTEMP

( 1 ) Temperature-resistant polymer fluid loss agent (JSS-3); recommended dosage : solid type 1.2 ~ 2.5 % ; liquid type : 6 ~ 10 % ;

( 2 ) Inorganic high-temperature stabilizer (SD-J), recommended dosage: solid type : 35 ~ 50 % ;

( 3 ) Hematite powder weighting agent with special particle size structure (HW-S), solid type : 30 ~ 350 % ;

( 4 ) Ternary polymer retarder(RET-4), added as needed ;

( 5 ) Aldehyde ketone polymer dispersant(CF08L-A), recommended dosage : solid type 0.5 ~ 1.5 % ; liquid type : 0.2 ~ 3.5 % ;

( 6 ) Polymer microsphere anti-gas channeling agent(ANT-1), recommended dosage : liquid type : 5 ~ 10 % ;

( 7 ) Modified silicone defoamer(D66S), recommended dosage : liquid type : 0.5 ~ 1 %.
