Alkalinity modifier is an essential component of oil based drilling fluid. LIM alkalinity regulator is mainly made by selecting calcined lime blocks, removing impurities, selecting pure lime, and crushing it superfine. The Ca2+provided by LIM is conducive to the formation of binary metal soaps, thereby ensuring that the emulsifiers added can fully exert their effectiveness. The formed binary metal soaps contain two hydrocarbon chains, and their arrangement on the interface tends to form a convex oil surface, which is conducive to the formation of a water in oil emulsion and enhances the stability of the emulsion; LIM alkalinity regulator can maintain the alkalinity of oil based drilling fluid and prevent corrosion of drilling tools; It can also effectively prevent acid gases such as CO2 and H2S in the formation from polluting oil-based drilling fluids.

Packaging and storage

N It is packaged in a three in one composite kraft paper bag, lined with waterproof plastic bags, and can be divided into 50Kg and 25Kg according to user needs;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 2 meters;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
