Traditional oil based drilling fluid systems typically exhibit insufficient performance such as low shear force and high plastic viscosity, especially in complex wells such as extended reach wells and horizontal wells, where the shear force of the drilling fluid is highly required, and it is necessary to ensure that the drilling fluid has a strong ability to suspend drilling cuttings, clean the wellbore, and carry static sand. HIRHEO series of oil-based drilling fluid cutting agents include two series of products, HIRHEO-A and HIRHEO-B. HIRHEO cutting agent can effectively improve the viscosity of oil based drilling fluid, change the flow pattern of oil based drilling fluid, improve the shear dilution performance of oil based drilling fluid, and is conducive to enhancing the suspension and sand carrying performance of oil based drilling fluid; It is an oil soluble polymer that does not pollute the oil and gas reservoir, effectively avoiding the addition of excessive organic soil to improve viscosity, greatly reducing the damage of organic soil type submicron particles to the reservoir. It can significantly improve the dynamic shear force of oil-based drilling fluid without affecting the change in apparent viscosity, thereby greatly improving the suspended drilling cuttings and wellbore cleaning ability of the drilling fluid without increasing pump pressure, and meeting the needs of the construction site. HIRHEO oil-based cutting agent has good environmental acceptability and is suitable for general diesel or white oil based drilling fluid systems, as well as meeting the environmental requirements of biodegradable synthetic based drilling fluid systems as supporting treatment agents.

Packaging and storage

N It shall be packaged in galvanized or plastic barrels, which shall be firm and sealed, and packaged in 200L and 25L according to user requirements;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
