HITHIN oil based diluent is a polymer prepared by copolymerization of maleic anhydride and styrene sulfonic acid with solvents, initiators, chain transfer agents, etc., with a relative molecular weight of 5000-10000. It has good temperature resistance and salt resistance, can effectively improve the rheology of drilling fluid, and also has good wettability. Oil-based drilling fluid can be continuously recycled and drilling cuttings constantly intrude, which inevitably leads to a continuous increase in the solid content of the old slurry. High solid content will cause gradual deterioration in the performance of oil-based drilling fluid, especially the difficulty in regulating the rheology and increasing viscosity. HITHIN oil-based diluent can change the lipophilic and hydrophilic properties of the solid phases in the oil-based drilling fluid, change the lipophilic properties of the drilling cuttings, and help improve the emulsification stability of the oil-based drilling fluid system, It can effectively reduce the viscosity and shear of oil based drilling fluids with high solid content.

HITHIN wetting agent is a fatty acid derivative with good environmental acceptability. It is not only suitable for general diesel or white oil based drilling fluid systems, but also meets the environmental requirements of biodegradable synthetic based drilling fluid systems as supporting treatment agents.

Functional purpose

N Used as a diluent in diesel, white oil, and synthetic base oil (gas to oil) drilling fluids;

The recommended dosage is 0.5%~1.0%.

Packaging and storage

N It shall be packaged in galvanized or plastic barrels, which shall be firm and sealed, and packaged in 200L and 25L according to user requirements;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
