HIWET wetting agent is a fatty acid type oil wetting agent that can effectively wet the weighting materials and drilling cuttings in oil-based drilling fluids, change the lipophilic and hydrophilic properties of the solid phase in the oil-based drilling fluid, improve the lipophilic properties of the weighting materials and drilling cuttings, and is conducive to improving the emulsification stability of the oil-based drilling fluid system, in particular to improving the adhesive shear stability of the high-density oil-based drilling fluid system and improving the high-density system; It breaks through the mechanism of electrical adsorption of traditional wetting reversal agents, and at the same time, HIWET molecules can generate chemical bonds with the surface of organic soil and weighting agents to change the surface properties of the solid phase, improve the temperature resistance of the wetting reversal agent, effectively improve the sedimentation stability of oil-based drilling fluids, and control changes in apparent viscosity. HIWET wetting agent is a fatty acid derivative with good environmental acceptability. It is not only suitable for general diesel or white oil based drilling fluid systems, but also meets the environmental requirements of biodegradable synthetic based drilling fluid systems as supporting treatment agents.

Functional purpose

The recommended dosage is 0.5%~1.0%.

Packaging and storage

N It shall be packaged in galvanized or plastic barrels, which shall be firm and sealed, and packaged in 200L and 25L according to user requirements;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
