HIRLF emulsified wetting plugging agent breaks through the mechanism of electrical adsorption of traditional wetting reversal agents. It changes the surface properties of the solid phase through chemical bonding between HIRLF molecules and the surface of organic soil and weighting agents, improves the temperature resistance of the wetting reversal agent, effectively improves the stability of oil-based drilling fluids, and controls viscosity changes. It can effectively wet the weighting materials and drilling cuttings in oil-based drilling fluid, change the lipophilic and hydrophilic properties of the solid phase in the oil-based drilling fluid, improve the lipophilic properties of the weighting materials and drilling cuttings, and is conducive to improving the emulsification stability of the oil-based drilling fluid system. HIRLF can also effectively seal formations with different permeability and microfractured shale formations, forming a protective layer around the wellbore, strengthening the membrane structure of oil-based mud cakes, completely isolating drilling fluid and filtrate from penetrating into the formation, thereby improving the pressure bearing capacity of the wellbore and stabilizing the wellbore. HIRLF emulsified wetting plugging agent has good environmental acceptability, and is suitable for general diesel or white oil based drilling fluid systems, as well as meeting the environmental requirements of biodegradable synthetic based drilling fluid systems as supporting treatment agents.

Packaging and storage

N It shall be packaged in galvanized or plastic barrels, which shall be firm and sealed, and packaged in 200L and 25L according to user requirements;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
