MOGEL organic clay is an oil soluble and tackifying clay used in oil based drilling fluids, which is an organically treated montmorillonite mineral clay made by the interaction of hydrophilic bentonite and quaternary ammonium salt cationic surfactants; Its surface is closely combined with an organic additive material, so that MOGEL organic soil can be quickly and evenly dispersed in the oil phase, forming a good gel structure, improving the yield value of oil-based drilling fluid, and having a good role in viscosity and shear enhancement. MOGEL organic soil is easily dispersed in the oil phase, playing the role of viscosity improvement and barite suspension, and also can enhance the stability of water in oil emulsion to a certain extent; Oil-based emulsion is a highly dispersed multiphase system. There is still interaction between MOGEL organic soil particles and micro water droplets, and there is still a certain affinity between soil particles and water droplets. Some fine water droplets will spontaneously adsorb on the surface of organic soil particles and partially wet them. This interaction between soil particles and water droplets forms a structural network between the particles, further improving the adhesion of oil-based drilling fluid. The maximum operating temperature of this product can reach 260 ℃.

Functional purpose

N Used as a viscosity increasing material in full oil or water in oil drilling fluids;

The recommended dosage is 0.5%~4.0%.

Packaging and storage

N It is packaged in a three in one composite kraft paper bag, lined with waterproof plastic bags, and can be divided into 50Kg and 25Kg according to user needs;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 2 meters;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
