Case Studies

YS112H3-3 Well

YS112H3-3 well is a gas well operated underground by Sinopec Zhongyuan. Due to the failure of the single flow valve at the bottom of the continuous oil pipe during operation, gas in the well flowed up into the continuous oil pipe, causing the pressure on the pipe to reach 30MPa, posing a serious safety hazard. It is necessary to seal the continuous oil pipe and remove it from the wellbore. After discussion, it was decided to use Jingzhou Jiahua Technology's BESER high-pressure pipe column repair technology for sealing operations. After pumping 1m ³ BESER sealant into the continuous oil pipe, it was pressurized and allowed to set for 48 hours. Finally, it was successfully sealed and the continuous oil pipe was removed.
