Product Description
TempSTAB is a polymer with moderate molecular weight which is polymerized by solution method. Deformable aggregates and membranes are formed in aqueous solution. Under the action of liquid pressure difference in the wellbore, these aggregates and membranes quickly block the space where the pore throat is not blocked by bridging particles, filling particles and filtrate reducer, thus effectively preventing the invasion of fluid. It can also make use of polymer molecular chain crossing and multi-point adsorption to form a film, or form a composite film with other materials to play a role in high temperature stability.

• Thermal Stability is up to 220oC.
• Can be utilized in high weight & high temperature WBM.

• Handle as an industrial chemical, wearing protective equipment and observing the precautions as described in the safety datasheet.

• Weight of Screen Residue (%): ≤10.0
• HTHP fluid loss (mL): ≤30.0
Recommended Treatment
• For normal applications, add 2.0-3.0%.
• Can’t mix directly into active, premix in reserve and dilute into active which will be better.
Packaging
• TempSTAB is packaged in 50-lb or 55-lb (22.7-kg or 25-kg), multi-wall, paper sacks.
• Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Store away from incompatibles.
• Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
