Product Description

The silicate ingredience in BORESTAB condensation react with the aluminum alcohol group of the formation, which passivates the mineral particles such as clay and inhibits the hydration of the clay. A large amount of cementation can enhance the overall strength of the rock macroscopically, solve the problem of formation wellbore instability, and properly reduce the density of the drilling fluid under the premise of ensuring the stability of the wellbore.

Typical Properties

•   SiO₂ content: 45-50

Recommended Treatment

•   For normal applications, add 3.0-5.0%.

     •   Closely monitor PH value while premixing in field application.

Packaging

      •  RHESTAB is packaged in 50-lb or 55-lb (22.7-kg or 25-kg), multi-wall, paper sacks.

      •  Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Keep away from heat, sparks and flame. Store away from incompatibles.

      •  Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.
