n  Technical Introduction

   InteDRIL Integrated OBM utilizes an integrated emulsifier that combines the functions of main emulsifier, auxiliary emulsifier, and wetting agent simultaneously, simplifying on-site construction processes. This technology is characterized by ultra-low viscosity, micro-plugging capabilities, and anti-corrosion properties, making it suitable for drilling operations in high-temperature deep wells, satellite oil fields, and complex blocks.

   Key treatment agents include the integrated emulsifier InteMUL, thixotropic agent RheVIS, and fluid loss control agent ProFLO.

n  Field Application

   The system has been successfully employed in over 800 shale gas wells across Chongqing, Sichuan, and Xinjiang. Notably, it facilitated drilling of the longest horizontal section measuring 3,100 meters (approximately 1.93 mi), several wells exceeding depths of 7,000 meters (approximately 4.35 mi), and open-hole sections exceeding 4,000 meters (approximately 2.49 mi).
