HIEMUL main emulsifier is a surface active agent with a variety of surface active groups designed and synthesized through molecular structure design. It has good emulsification effect and can form a stable water in oil emulsion. It is used in combination with HICOAT auxiliary emulsifier to prepare a reverse emulsified oil based drilling fluid system. The system has a wide adjustable range of oil water ratio, strong adaptability, stable rheological properties, high dynamic plastic ratio, and high electrical stability before and after high-temperature aging, Low temperature and high pressure water loss, strong anti fouling ability, and other characteristics. It has a wide range of applications and good adaptability at temperatures ranging from 40 to 200 ℃, with a density range of 0.92-2.30g/kg. HIEMUL is an excellent main emulsifier for oil based drilling fluid systems, which can provide strong stability at low dosage. The system has a strong pressure bearing capacity for brittle formations, and can effectively solve the problems of narrow density windows, development of faults and mudstone microfractures, well wall collapse, and well leakage in oil fields. The HIEMUL main emulsifier has good environmental acceptability, and is suitable for general diesel or white oil based drilling fluid systems, as well as meeting the environmental requirements of biodegradable synthetic drilling fluid systems as supporting treatment agents.

Packaging and storage

N It shall be packaged in galvanized or plastic barrels, which shall be firm and sealed, and packaged in 200L and 25L according to user requirements;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
