Traditional oil-based mud is usually composed of main emulsifier, auxiliary emulsifier, and wetting agent. ONEMUL high-efficiency oil-based emulsifier is a synthetic low molecular polymer aggregate with various surface active groups. It does not need to be mixed with other types of emulsifiers to prepare stable and reliable water in oil emulsion drilling fluid using a single agent. It also has the effects of main emulsifier and auxiliary emulsifier, which can simplify the preparation process of oil-based drilling fluid, It is conducive to on-site construction. Compared with other similar oil based emulsifiers, ONEMUL oil based emulsifiers have the main characteristics of low dosage, low cost, stable performance, and easy preparation. When preparing a 7 ∶ 3 water in oil emulsion drilling fluid, the addition of 2% ONEMUL oil based emulsifier can stabilize the rheological properties, high temperature and high pressure filtration performance, and have strong anti fouling ability before and after high-temperature aging of the system; At a high temperature of 180 ℃, the demulsification voltage of ONEMUL oil based emulsifier can reach over 700 volts by adding 4%. ONEMUL oil based emulsifier is an emulsifier for oil based drilling fluid systems with excellent performance, low cost, and easy use. It has good environmental acceptability. It is suitable for general diesel or white oil based drilling fluid systems, and can also meet the environmental requirements of biodegradable synthetic drilling fluid systems as supporting treatment agents.

Functional purpose

The recommended dosage is 2.0% - 4.0%.

Packaging and storage

N It shall be packaged in galvanized or plastic barrels, which shall be firm and sealed, and packaged in 200L and 25L according to user requirements;

The packaging should include the manufacturer's name, address, product name, net content, and product batch number;

N It should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry warehouse, avoiding sunlight and rain. The ambient temperature should not exceed 45 ℃, and it is recommended that the stacking height should not exceed 3 layers;

N The shelf life is 24 months. If the shelf life is exceeded, it shall be used after passing the inspection.
